Is there a charge for delivery?
A charge will apply on all orders. The amount is variable depending on the order and is made clear at the point of sale.
Why haven’t I received an order confirmation?
Sorry you have not received your order confirmation, please contact us on 0161 339 4693 between 9am-9pm Monday to Saturday or alternatively e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get confirmation sent to you.
What if I don’t want to place my order online?
You can order any of our products by visiting our store during Monday – Saturday 9am-5pm (Excluding Bank Holidays).
How can I pay?
You can pay online at the point of placing your order using a debit or credit card, alternatively you can pay in store using cash, bank transfer, credit or debit card or finance.
What time will my delivery arrive?
Your delivery will be scheduled on an all-day slot, between 7am and 7pm. We will contact you to arrange a nominated delivery day, you can phone us on 0161 339 4693 on the morning of your delivery day to see if you will be an am or pm delivery.
What is your store opening hours?
Our store is open Monday – Saturday 9am to 5pm. Excluding Bank Holidays.
How will I know when my order is ready?
When your order is ready you will be contacted to let you know your items are in stock and ready for delivery. We will contact you to arrange a suitable day for delivery (Large Delivery Only).
